Official Notification of Copyright Infringement by DMCA
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act, or “DMCA,” is also known as 17 U.S.C. §512. Our website complies with its safe harbor requirements.
In order to notify us of a copyright infringement, you must provide a written statement that essentially consists of the following:
a signature, either digital or real, from a representative of the owner of the allegedly violated exclusive right.
Name of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed upon, or, in the event that a single online notice covers several copyrighted works at the same location, a sample list of those works at that location.
The material that is allegedly infringing or the target of infringing behavior must be identified.
Details like an address, phone number, and, if available, an email address where the complaining party can be reached, that are fairly sufficient to allow the service provider to get in touch with them.
a declaration indicating that the complaining party believes, in good faith, that the copyright owner, its agent, or the law has prohibited the use of the content in the way that is being complained .
